If every Comfort Suite was like this one, we'd never bother checking out other hotels. It's sparkling clean, bright and friendly. A wonderful experience from start to finish
We used their room for our wedding block and appreciate how easy the communication was with the manager and staff. We also utilized their shuttle service the day of our wedding and it was very convenient for guests to travel to our venue. We were told the rooms were great. Everyone was so kind and made sure to hand out the gift bags that we had made for our guests.
Great hotel. Large, clean, and modern. It was a quiet stay and I slept great for it not being my own bed. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. They have a pool, hot tub, small fitness center, and a breakfast that has plenty of choices and is well stocked.
My son and I had car trouble and almost made it to the hotel. Awesome check in service at midnight. Yvonne, the morning receptionist went above and beyond. She gave us a late check out and if we needed later to let her know while waiting for our ride.
Very nice and clean rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful! My daughter lives in Sun Prairie, we have stayed here twice and will continue to stay until she moves! Location is nice!
We rented one of the meeting rooms to host our daughters first birthday party and it was an ABSOLUTE AMAZING experience. Each and every staff member we encountered were the kindest beings and so helpful. We were able to get in early to set up without any problems and anything we needed the day of staff worked quickly and hard to help with. They were just amazing and we could not recommend more. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for any and all needs. We do not have a single thing we would have wished to change. Our room was set up with tables and chairs prior and the staff were sure to check in with us if we needed anything at all. They were genuine and so great to all of us. Thank you Comfort Suites and Staff for helping us create such a special day and memories with such little stress!
Hotel is amazing, I'm here for 3 weeks for work, wish there was a bit more options for food around the area, but it's manageable. Rooms are really nice, housekeepers clean your room 1 time a day when your gone for each day, service people are kind. Definitely a great place to stay if needed.
First time coming here and it's very clean. Surprisingly quite and updated amenities. Open room setups with everything you need to be comfortable. Close to the highway and food options. Great spot.
